Riemeninstallationsschritte
1.Confirm that the dimension C in the below picture is consistent with the installation dimension of radiator.
This size must be guaranteed, otherwise it will cause the pipeline and belt size to be inconsistent.Additioanlly,, and the transmission guard and the diesel engine will interfere.
2.Confirm that the movable seat of the tension wheel is in the initial state, and the nut B (two) is in the loose state.
3.Put the belt into the groove of the pulley one by one.
4.Rotate nut A clockwise to move the movable seat of the tension wheel to the right.
5.When the tensioning wheel moves to a position where the belt is tight (the thumb can be pressed for about 10mm), tighten the nut B (two).
Belt replacement steps
1.Loosen nut B (two)
2.Turn nut A counterclockwise to move the movable seat to the left.
3.After the tensioner retreats to the initial state (the belt can be removed, as shown below), remove the belt that needs to be replaced., Then replace it with a new belt, and repeat the belt installation steps.
